  • After you reach your profit target in any model , your entire evaluation period will be manually reviewed by our Risk Team. This review process will be completed within two working days.

Following the review, you'll then go through a process known as KYC, or Know Your Customer. This process involves the following steps: verifying your documents, confirming your identity through a selfie, and validating your address. The verification can be done via the dashboard -> settings -> verify, there will also be a notification on top of your dashboard notifying you about the verification. The verification and approval just take a couple of minutes.

After our partner approves your KYC verification, we'll draft a customer agreement for you. We will send this agreement via email for digital signature.

Once you've signed the customer agreement, we'll process the agreement and create your Master account. This account will initially hold an "onboarding" status. The final step is connecting your account to our risk management framework. Please note that this step is only required once for each master account. Once we've connected your account to our risk management framework, you will be notified by email that your Master account is ready to trade.
