Setting Your Reward Cycle
Setting your reward cycle is essential to activate trading after completion of the onboarding process. To do this, go to the credentials section on the upper right corner of your dashboard, you'll conveniently find the Set Reward Cycle button beside it.
By configuring this setting, you've successfully enabled trading on your account and are now ready to embark on your trading journey with confidence.
Reward Timeframe
Typically, reward requests are processed within 1-3 working days. Here’s an example of the typical processing timeline:
Day 1: December 13-16 (Weekend, no processing)
Day 2: December 16-17
Day 3: December 17-18
Your reward is expected to be processed by the end of December 18, 2024. Please note that it may take an additional 1-2 working days for the reward to reflect in your wallet. If the reward process exceeds this timeline, contact our support team for assistance.
IMPORTANT:
Once a reward request is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited.
Trading will be temporarily disabled while the reward is being processed. Trading will resume once the processing is completed.
Reward Amount
The minimum reward amount is 1% of the initial balance, including our split.
There is no maximum reward limit. You can withdraw as much profit as you make, after applying the reward split of the model you chose.
Reward Methods
Rewards can be requested via RISE or cryptocurrency. This provides flexibility in your withdrawals.
RISE Rewards: Minimum of $500.
Cryptocurrency Rewards: No minimum amount.
Cryptocurrency rewards are subject to service fees, exchange rates (USD to USDT), and transaction fees, all of which will be deducted during processing.
IMPORTANT:
If RISE is not supported in your country, the reward will be processed through cryptocurrency. For a list of unsupported countries, click here.
Cancel Or Edit My Reward
If you would like to cancel or edit your reward, please follow the steps below:
Ensure the reward request status is not yet processed.
Reach out to our support team via the chat support widget.
Fill out a ticket to inform our support team of the error.
Provide the reason for your request and any other necessary details to verify your account.
Once submitted, your request will be processed shortly.
