If you hold a Visa or Mastercard issued by a local bank that supports Pay to Card, then you can receive your rewards straight to your card instantly. This service is ideal for traders expecting timely payout of their earnings.
Steps to Request via Card:
From the Reward Request page, select Card as your preferred reward method.
Fill in the Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV.
Click Claim My Reward to initiate your request.
Standard processing takes up to 3 working days. This ensures compliance and protects both parties from potential fraud. Once approved, your funds are sent directly to your card which is typically instant or within 30 minutes. In rare cases, up to 48 hours if the bank runs additional security checks
IMPORTANT:
If you receive the error message 'Unsupported card,' it means that your bank may not support the Pay to Card option. This can occur even if your country is listed among the supported countries.

There is no minimum amount needed to request a cryptocurrency reward. This means that traders can use this reward method regardless of the requested amount.
Steps to Request via Crypto:
From the Reward Request page, select Crypto as your preferred reward method.
Enter a USDT or USDC wallet address on the ERC20 or TRC20 network.
Click Claim My Reward to initiate your request.
IMPORTANT:
Rewards are processed only to a USDT or USDC wallet address on the ERC20 or TRC20 network.
Cryptocurrency rewards may be subject to various charges. These include: Service fees, Exchange rates (USD to USDT), and Transaction fees.
All associated costs will be deducted during the reward processing, resulting in a final amount that may be less than the initial value due to these deductions.
Rewards Via Rise
Rewards Via Rise
Rise is a financial services provider that specializes in managing rewards through cryptocurrency or bank transfer. You can request rewards via Rise as long as the minimum reward amount of $500 is met.
Steps to Request via Rise:
From the Reward Request page, select Rise as your preferred reward method.
Click Claim My Reward to initiate your request.
Check your email for the invitation from Rise to sign up.
Complete your KYC with Rise and sign the user agreement.
Once your verification is successful, rewards will be promptly deposited into your Rise account.
IMPORTANT:
When creating a Rise account, the email address used with Rise must match the email address used with your FundingPips account.
If Rise is not supported in your country, your reward will be processed through cryptocurrency. This ensures that users in unsupported regions can still receive their rewards.

You can request rewards through a Bank Transfer as long as the minimum reward amount of $500 is met.
Steps to Request via Bank Transfer:
Choose Bank Transfer as your preferred reward method.
Select verified bank account:
If your bank account is not yet verified: Click on "My bank accounts" and fill in the form to complete your bank account verification.
If your bank account is already verified: Select the verified bank account you want to receive your rewards.
Click Claim My Reward to initiate your request.

Bank transfers may not be available in all countries or regions. If this option is not supported in your area, please choose an alternative reward method

How to Request a Reward
We understand that quick access to your rewards is crucial, which is why we have streamlined the entire process. When you are ready to submit your request, you have the flexibility to choose where to receive your reward.
Follow these steps to submit your reward request:
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to the Rewards tab, and click on Request Reward.
Choose the Master account you wish to request your rewards from.
Enter the total reward amount you are requesting.
Select your preferred method for where the reward will be sent to: Card, Crypto, or Rise.
If you don’t want to transfer your reward to your Tradin account, slide the bar to 0.
If you don’t want to use your rewards to directly buy a new trading account, keep the toggle off.
Read the terms & conditions and confirm your acknowledgement by clicking I accept.
Review your request on the Reward Summary and hit “Claim My Reward” to finish.
Reward Timeframe
Reward requests are typically processed within 1-3 working days. Rewards are not processed during the weekend. Here’s an example of the processing timeline:
Request Date: December 13 (Friday)
December 14 (No rewards processed during the weekend)
December 15 (No rewards processed during the weekend)
December 16 (Day 1)
December 17 (Day 2)
December 18 (Day 3)
Your reward is expected to be completed by the end of December 18. It may take an additional 1-2 working days for the reward to reflect in your wallet. If the reward process exceeds this timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.
IMPORTANT:
For Tuesday Payday, rewards can only be requested between 09:00 and 19:00 Dubai Time.
Before requesting a reward:
All trades must be closed, including any pending orders.
Wait at least 15 minutes after closing your last trade before requesting your reward.
Trading will be temporarily disabled while the reward is being processed and will resume once completed.
Buying a Challenge with your Rewards
The reward amount (after the split) determines which Trading Models and Account Sizes are available for selection.
Follow these steps to purchase a new Trading Challenge using your rewards:
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to the Rewards tab, and click Request Reward.
Choose the account you want to request rewards from.
Enter the total reward amount you are requesting.
Scroll down to the Buy a New Challenge section and toggle this option on.
Configure Your New Account:
Select your preferred Trading Model
Choose the Account Size
Pick the Trading Platform you want to use
Select the reward method where you’d like to receive any amount that exceeds the cost of your chosen Trading Model
Review your request on the Reward Summary and hit “Claim My Reward” to finish. Your purchase will be processed using your available reward balance.
FundingPips Rewards Transfer
When requesting a reward, you can do a reward transfer to move your FundingPips Master account rewards directly into your verified Tradin account. Tradin will then add a 20% non-withdrawable trading credit to that transferred reward amount.
The trading credit is intended solely to enhance the available trading margin and potential exposure.
The maximum trading credit you can receive on any single reward transfer is capped at $2,000.
The trading credit increases your trading capital without the need to deposit any extra money.
Requesting the Transfer
Make sure you meet all reward conditions required by your FundingPips Master account model.
Log into your FundingPips dashboard and navigate to the Reward section.
Choose the FundingPips Reward Transfer option.
Confirm the following terms:
Your receiving Tradin account must be KYC VERIFIED.
The email used for your FundingPips account must match the email of your Tradin account.
Accept the full Terms and Conditions for the "Power-Up Bonus" campaign.
Review your request on the Reward Summary and hit “Claim My Reward” to finish.
The transfer and the 20% bonus are credited instantly upon confirmation. In some cases, the credit may take longer to reflect after initial confirmation.
