Confirm you are 18 years or older and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and that your name matches your government-issued ID. The marketing communications checkbox is optional.

FundingPips does not accept traders resident in Iran, Vietnam, or the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You must also be at least 18 years old to register.

Do I need an account before purchasing a challenge?

No. You can purchase a challenge before creating an account using the guest checkout flow. Your FundingPips account is created automatically as part of the purchase process. If you already have an account, sign in before purchasing and your existing profile carries through automatically.

I entered the wrong email at checkout. What should I do?

If you have not yet clicked Continue, click Change next to your email address to correct it. If the order has already been placed, contact support with your Payment ID so the team can update your account details.

My coupon code is not working. What should I check?

Check that the code is entered exactly as provided, including capitalization. Codes may be model-specific, single-use, or time-limited. If the issue persists, contact support before completing your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied after payment is completed.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard), Google Pay and Apple Pay, PayPal, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafe Card, and cryptocurrency. Available methods may differ by region, and fees can vary depending on the method and your financial institution.

Can I change my account currency after purchasing?

No. All FundingPips accounts are issued in USD, regardless of the currency you select during checkout. The currency chosen at payment is used only to complete your purchase. After purchase, your account balance, profit targets, loss limits, rewards, and all other account figures are displayed in USD.

You receive an account notification email, but your login details are not in it. To view your credentials, sign in to the FundingPips dashboard, go to the Accounts section, open your account, and view the credentials there. The first time you do this as a new user, you enter your phone number on the dashboard, receive a one-time code by email, and enter that code to verify your phone before the credentials appear.

How do I access my account credentials?

Your account credentials are not sent by email. Within a few minutes of purchase you receive an account notification email, then you view the credentials on the dashboard: sign in, go to the Accounts section, open your account, and view the credentials. The first time you do this as a new user, you enter your phone number on the dashboard, receive a one-time code by email, and enter that code to verify your phone before the credentials appear. If the notification email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support with your order number.

What documents are required for KYC?

You need a government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID card), proof of address dated within 3 months (utility bill or bank statement), and a clear selfie. KYC is automated. If manual review is required, the compliance team will contact you by email. Declined KYCs due to duplicate accounts cannot be re-submitted under a new email.
