Your account gets locked when our system detects too many failed login attempts. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorized access. No changes have been made to your account, your data is safe, and your challenges and funded accounts are completely unaffected.
Unlock your account via email
When your account is locked, we automatically send an email to your registered address with the subject line Unlock your FundingPips Account.
Open the email and click Unlock my account. You'll be taken to a security verification screen. Click Unlock Account to complete the process. You'll see a confirmation that your account has been successfully unlocked and will be redirected to the login page shortly. From there, sign in using your existing password.
If you don't see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you're checking the inbox of the email address you registered with.
Tip: If you see an "Account Unlock Failed" message, this means the link has expired or is no longer valid. Simply go to the sign-in page and reset your password using the steps below.
Reset your password
If you didn't receive an unlock email or your unlock link has expired, you can regain access by resetting your password directly from the sign-in page. This will also unlock your account automatically.

Click Forgot password? You'll find it just above the Sign in button.
Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link.
Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the steps inside to create a new password.
Once done, sign in with your new password. Your account, dashboard, and any active challenges or funded accounts will be fully accessible.
