  7. Follow the prompts to enter your card details and complete the payment.

IMPORTANT:

You must use a card registered in your own name to purchase an evaluation account. Using someone else's card is strictly prohibited.

Wire/Bank Transfer

How do I make a bank or wire transfer on the checkout page?

  1. Log in to your FundingPips account (or sign up using this link).

  2. Choose your desired account size and evaluation model.

  3. Fill in all required billing information.

  4. Confirm your trading platform selection.

  5. Proceed to the “Checkout” page.

How long will it take for my wire/bank transfer to go through?

The time it takes for a wire or bank transfer to process depends on the bank you use. Processing times can range from instant to up to 3 business days.

Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC)

A cryptocurrency payment is a way to transfer funds using digital currencies via blockchain technology, ensuring secure and fast transactions. When making a payment, it's essential to select the correct network to ensure a successful transaction. Always choose the network that matches the cryptocurrency you are using. For instance, if you're sending USDT TRC20, ensure that the Tron (TRC20) network is selected in your crypto wallet.

Paysafe Card is a prepaid payment option that allows you to make online purchases securely, without needing a bank account or credit card. It works as a voucher with a unique PIN that you use to pay for goods and services online.

How do I use Paysafe on the checkout page?

  1. Log in to your FundingPips account (or sign up using this link).

  2. Choose your desired account size and evaluation model.

  3. Fill in all required billing information.

  4. Confirm your trading platform choice.

  5. Proceed to the “Checkout” page.

  6. Select Paysafe Card as your payment method.

  7. Enter the PIN from your Paysafe Card voucher when prompted to complete the payment.

Where can I get a Paysafe Card?

How do I download my receipt?

After making a purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. This email contains the attachment that allows you to download your receipt directly.

Here's how:

  1. Check the email (including your spam or junk folder) you used during the purchase.

  2. Look for an email with a subject line related to your purchase confirmation.

  3. Open the email to access the details of your purchase.

  4. Click on the attachment or the download link.

Save the receipt to your preferred location or print a physical copy for your records. If you encounter any issues, our support team is here to help.


When will I receive my registration fee?

After successfully completing all required evaluation phases and receiving four rewards in their FundingPips Master Account, a trader will be eligible for a refund of their initial registration fee. This refund will be processed automatically at the same time as their fourth reward payment.

IMPORTANT:

The registration fee for FundingPips Pro and FundingPips Zero is non-refundable.
