Processing Timeframe
  • Requests are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends).
  • A Friday request begins Monday (Day 1) and completes by Wednesday (Day 3).
  • Allow an additional 1–2 working days for funds to reflect in your wallet or bank.
  • If your reward exceeds this timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.
Critical Rules Before Requesting
  • All trades must be closed, including any pending orders.
  • Wait at least 15 minutes after closing your last trade before requesting your reward.
  • Trading will be temporarily disabled while your reward is being processed.
  • Rewards can only be sent to accounts (e.g., card, wallet) registered in your own name.

Card rewards are available in two ways depending on your bank and region. Both options are processed within 1–3 working days; choose the one that applies to you.

Reward via Crypto USDT / USDC

The minimum reward amount via Crypto is 1% of your Master Account Size, the same as the global minimum.

  • From the Reward Request page, select Crypto as your preferred reward method.
  • Enter a USDT or USDC wallet address on the ERC20 or TRC20 network.
  • Click Claim My Reward to initiate your request.
  • Rewards are subject to service fees, exchange rates (USD to USDT), and network transaction fees, all deducted during processing. The final amount received may be less than the initial value.
Reward via Rise $500 Minimum

Rise is a financial services provider specialising in managing rewards through cryptocurrency or bank transfer. A minimum reward amount of $500 is required.

  • From the Reward Request page, select Rise as your preferred reward method and click Claim My Reward.
  • Check your email for an invitation from Rise to sign up.
  • Complete your KYC with Rise and sign their user agreement.
  • Once verification is successful, your reward will be sent to your Rise account.
  • The email address used with Rise must match your FundingPips account email. If Rise is not supported in your country, your reward will automatically default to Crypto.
How to Complete Rise Onboarding

You will receive a Rise invitation email once your reward request is approved. Follow the steps below to complete the onboarding process.

  1. Sign Up: Register using your accurate first name, last name, and email address on the Rise Sign Up page, then click "Sign up" to proceed.
  2. Confirmation Email: You'll receive an email with a login button to begin onboarding. This button expires within 20 minutes. This magic-link method is used every time you log in, adding an extra layer of security.
  3. Account Type: Select "Receive Payments" (free). Do not select "Send Payments."
  4. Personal Information: Fill in all mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk) accurately, including your full name, address, and other personal details. This information is needed for the next steps.
  5. Registration Type: Select whether you are an individual (independent contractor) or a business. US citizens must enter their SSN/ITIN; non-US citizens enter their country's tax ID (typically a social security or national ID number). Business accounts will be asked for company name, size, address, and further details.
  6. Agreements & Documents: In the Documents section, sign the Master Service Agreement SP. This validates the relationship between Rise and yourself.
  7. Identity Verification (KYC): Upload a government-issued ID and a clear selfie. KYC is automated; if manual review is needed, Rise's compliance team will contact you by email with further instructions.
  8. Create Your Rise ID: Create a Rise Security Key, a password between 18 and 42 characters, including at least one special character (!@#$%^&*_+) and one numerical digit. Alternatively, connect a trusted web3 wallet.
  9. Recovery Code: Save your 12-word recovery code offline and do not share it with anyone. This code is the only way to recover your account if access is lost; treat it like a MetaMask wallet seed phrase.
  10. Access the Rise App: After setting up your security key and recovery code, you will be redirected to the Rise app where you can manage your rewards.
Your Rise email must exactly match your FundingPips account email. If they do not match, your reward cannot be processed via Rise.
Rise KYC: Steps & Requirements

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a required step for all Rise users before rewards can be processed. Follow the link in your Rise invitation email and complete the following:

  • Ensure your Rise email matches the one used for your FundingPips account.
  • Fill out your personal details, select your account type, and sign the required agreements.
  • Upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID).
  • Take and upload a selfie for identity verification.
KYC is automated. If manual processing is required, Rise's compliance team will reach out by email with further instructions.
Reward via Bank Transfer $500 Minimum

Request your reward through a direct Bank Transfer to your local account. A minimum reward amount of $500 is required.

  • From the Reward Request page, select Bank Transfer as your preferred reward method.
  • If your bank account is not yet verified: click "My bank accounts" and fill in the form to complete verification before proceeding.
  • If your bank account is already verified: select the verified account you want to receive your reward.
  • Click Claim My Reward to initiate your request.
  • Bank transfers may not be available in all countries or regions. If this option is unavailable in your area, please choose an alternative reward method.

4th-Reward Registration Fee Refund

Your cashback rate increases as your cumulative lot count grows. If a single trade spans a tier boundary, the lots are split and each portion earns at its respective rate.

Your lot counter persists across multiple bonus transfers. If you traded 80 lots on a previous Tradin Transfer bonus, your next bonus continues from lot 81. Lot tracking also continues for future bonuses once your Credit reaches $0, so cashback can resume at your earned tier rate on your next transfer.

A trader transfers a $1,000 reward from their Master Account. Tradin instantly applies a $300 Credit (30%). Below is how that Credit unlocks into real Balance across their trades.

How to read this table
Each row is one trade. Cashback = Lots × Rate for that tier. If a trade crosses a tier boundary the lots are split and each portion earns its respective rate. Cashback is deducted from Credit and added to Balance after each trade closes.

Once your Credit reaches $0, cashback stops regardless of how many lots you continue to trade. In this example the full $300 Credit is converted to Balance by Trade 6, bringing the total Balance to $1,300, the full reward amount plus the entire 30% bonus.
Requirements
  • Your receiving Tradin account must be KYC verified.
  • The email used for your FundingPips account must exactly match the email of your Tradin account.
  • You must accept the full Terms and Conditions for the "Tradin bonus" campaign before processing. The bonus is applied only after acceptance.
Bonus Limitations
  • Limited to one (1) verified account per client.
  • Credit is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and used exclusively for trading purposes.
  • The 7-day lock applies to the transferred reward (the cash sent to Tradin), not to the bonus credit. The bonus credit itself is non-withdrawable and converts to Balance only via cashback on opened lots.
  • Bonuses stack across transfers. Every reward transfer triggers a new 30% bonus credit which adds to any existing active Credit on your Tradin account; multiple bonuses can be active simultaneously. Cashback per lot draws from the combined Credit pool at your current tier rate.
  • No expiry. The bonus does not expire, and there is no deadline on the volume requirement to unlock it through cashback.
  • Bonus abuse or bad faith activity will result in removal of the bonus, reversal of related profits, and possible account suspension or closure by Tradin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or change my reward request after submitting it?

Once a reward request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Make sure your preferred reward method and details are correct before clicking Claim My Reward. If you submitted incorrect details, contact the support team as soon as possible.

Can I request a partial reward instead of my full profit?

Yes. You can choose how much of your available profit to request, as long as it meets the minimum reward amount of 1% of your Master Account Size. You do not need to request your full profit in a single request.

Does the card I use need to be registered in my name?

Yes. Rewards can only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. Using a card or wallet that belongs to another person is not permitted.

Can I use any crypto network or wallet address?

No. Crypto rewards are only sent in USDT or USDC on the ERC20 or TRC20 network. Make sure the wallet address you provide supports one of these two networks. Sending to an incompatible network or address type may result in permanent loss of funds.

Why did I receive less than my reward amount in crypto?

Crypto rewards are subject to service fees, USD to USDT exchange rates, and network transaction fees, all of which are deducted during processing. The final amount received will reflect these deductions and may be less than the initially requested value.

What happens if Rise is not available in my country?

If Rise is not supported in your country, your reward will automatically default to Crypto. You do not need to take any additional action.

I did not receive the Rise invitation email. What should I do?

First check your spam or junk folder, as emails from Rise are sometimes filtered automatically. The invitation is sent from cTrader Spotware or Rise directly once your reward request is approved.

If the email is not in your spam folder and your request has been approved, contact the FundingPips support team with your account details so they can investigate.

How do I verify my bank account for Bank Transfer?

During your reward request, select Bank Transfer as your method. If your bank account is not yet verified, click My Bank Accounts and fill in the form to complete verification before proceeding. Once verified, you can select that account for future reward requests without repeating the process.

What happens if my bank transfer is rejected?

If your bank transfer is rejected, contact the FundingPips support team. Common causes include incorrect bank details or the transfer not being supported in your region. You may be asked to verify your bank account details again or switch to an alternative reward method.

Can I choose any model or account size when buying a challenge with my reward?

The available models and account sizes shown during the request are determined by your reward amount after the profit split. Only options that your reward can fully cover will be displayed, so the selection available to you will depend on how much you are requesting.

Can I withdraw the 30% Tradin Credit directly?

No. The 30% Credit is non-withdrawable and non-transferable. It exists solely for trading purposes and converts into real Balance progressively through cashback earned on every lot you open. Only once Credit has converted to Balance does it become available. Separately, the transferred reward itself (the cash you sent to Tradin) is subject to a 7-day lock on the Tradin account.

What happens to my existing Tradin bonus if I accept another Tradin Transfer offer?

Nothing is removed. Bonuses stack: the new 30% Credit is added to any existing active Credit on your Tradin account and multiple bonuses can be active simultaneously. Cashback per lot draws from the combined Credit pool at your current tier rate. The bonus does not expire and there is no deadline on unlocking it through cashback.

What is the minimum reward amount?

The minimum reward request is 1% of your Master Account Size including FundingPips' split. This 1% minimum applies to Card, Crypto, and Tradin Transfer. Rise and Bank Transfer both require a minimum of $500. Buy a Challenge requires your reward to fully cover the new challenge cost.

Will I get my registration fee back?

Yes, on the 1 Step and 2 Step models. When you reach your 4th reward on the Master Account, the original registration fee is refunded. The 4th-reward refund does not apply on 2 Step Pro or FundingPips Zero.
