Managing Your Account

At FundingPips, we give you the tools to manage your accounts with confidence, whether you're growing your allocation, merging accounts, or bouncing back after a tough evaluation.

Max Allocation: A single $400K maximum shared across every Evaluation and Master Account you hold.
Account Merging: Consolidate multiple Master Accounts into one, or keep them separate.
Account Reset: An account is breached? Restart within 7 calendar days: Get 12% off a Phase 1 reset, 10% off a Phase 2 reset, 7% off a Master Account reset, and 20% off a FundingPips Zero reset.

Allocation

All active accounts, including Evaluation and Master Accounts, share a single Max Allocation of $400K. This applies to all models. Monthly Competition accounts does not count toward it.

Max Allocation	Up to $400K, shared across all active accounts.
Merged accounts	The merged account's size counts toward the $400K.
Monthly Competition account	Not included. It does not count toward the $400K.

Account Merging

As a Master Account trader, you have the flexibility to consolidate multiple Master Accounts into a single high-equity pool, maximizing buying power through a unified balance, or maintain them as separate entities to diversify risk across independent portfolios.

Compatibility Rules

You can only merge accounts of the same model.

2 Step Pro Master with 2 Step Pro Master

Important Limitations

Merging is not supported on FundingPips Zero.

Merging is permanent

Once accounts have been merged, the process cannot be reversed. The merged account operates as a single entity going forward. Make sure you are comfortable with the merge before confirming.

Your platform and reward cycle will change

The account merging request will be reviewed by our Team, and following confirmation from the user, the accounts will be merged. If you are close to a reward milestone on a secondary account, consider this before proceeding; that cycle does not carry over.

Prime Account Merging

A Prime Account can be unlocked from more than one Master Account, so several can be held within the allocation: a separate Prime Account per strategy or stage. Or combine them: any Prime Accounts can merge into one, no matter which Master Accounts they were unlocked from, because every Prime Account carries the static 8% Max Loss Limit. Scale Level

When Prime Accounts are merged, the merged account inherits the highest scale level.

Account Reset

If an account is breached, due to trading behavior, risk violations, or inactivity breach, a reset option will be available on the dashboard. Available for 7 calendar days after the breach, keep the same model, account size, and trading platform.

Fail Phase 1 or Phase 2, and restart from Phase 1.

All resets restart the account from Phase 1, regardless of the phase in which the account was breached.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I merge a Master Account with a Prime Account?

No. Merging is only available between Master Accounts of the same model. A Master Account and a Prime Account operate under different conditions and cannot be merged together.

Can I merge two Prime Accounts together?

Yes, Prime Accounts can be merged, and the merge can only be requested by the trader. When two Prime Accounts are merged, the resulting account takes the higher of the two scale-up levels. The lower level is not retained, and further scaling continues from the higher level forward.

Does merging Master Accounts affect my reward cycle count?

After merging, your reward cycle will be determined by the reward cycle of the merged account. The reward cycle of any secondary accounts merged into it will not carry over.

Can I unmerge accounts after merging?

No. Once accounts have been merged, the process cannot be reversed. The merged account operates as a single entity going forward. Make sure you are comfortable with the merge before confirming, as it is permanent.

Do I get a reset if my Master Account is breached?

Yes. A breached Master Account (1 Step Flex, 2 Step Standard, 2 Step Flex, or 2 Step Pro) qualifies for a 7% off reset on all account sizes. FundingPips Zero has its own reset, at 20% off for a breach closure.

Can I reset my account to a different model or account size?

No. The reset applies only to the same model and account size as the breached account. It keeps the same reward cycle, and trading platform, and issues a new account number. It cannot be transferred to a different model or size. FundingPips Zero has its own separate reset.
