You can\n trade the way you want, shaping your strategy to match your skills\n and insights.\n Trading strategies such as gap trading, high-frequency trading, server\n spamming, latency arbitrage, toxic trading flow, hedging, long-short\n arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, tick scalping, server execution exploits,\n opposite account trading, and churning and burning are not allowed.\n Copy trading between different users' accounts, and account management\n by a third-party vendor, are also not allowed. Such activities with\n FundingPips will result\n in account termination.\n
\n\n If the EA is your own, developed by you, full automation\n is permitted with proof of ownership. The Responsible\n Trading Team has discretion on what counts as sufficient.\n Examples of proof that may be accepted:\n
\n\n A compiled binary on its own is not proof. Every trader\n has the compiled file after downloading any EA.\n
\n\n To protect traders and maintain account integrity, FundingPips has clear\n guidelines on what is and isn't permitted regarding trade replication.\n
\n\n The region of your IP address used to purchase the evaluation, log into\n the FundingPips website, and access your account during both the Evaluation\n Phase and on your Master Account must remain consistent. If our Responsible\n Trading Team detects a change in your IP address region, they may request\n proof to verify your location.\n
\n\n You are free to travel and access your account from anywhere.\n We monitor IP activity to ensure changes follow a consistent\n and realistic pattern. If an unrealistic change is detected,\n you may be asked for:\n
\n\n Connecting to a VPN or VPS while accessing your trading account\n is not permitted. Make sure your VPN/VPS is disabled to access\n your trading account.\n
\n\n You may use multiple ISPs during both the Evaluation Phase\n and on your Master Account. If our Team detects a regional\n change, they will contact you for confirmation and may request\n proof of your location.\n

\n\n It depends on whose EA it is. Third-party EAs\n are only permitted when used strictly as a trade or risk\n manager, not to fully automate your trading decisions. Using\n a third-party EA to generate and execute all of your trades\n will result in denial of your evaluation or reward and closure\n of the account.\n
\n\n Personal EAs developed by you are different.\n Full automation is permitted on your own EA, provided you\n can supply proof of ownership when asked (source code,\n version control history, development environment evidence,\n or an explanation of the EA's logic on a live call). A\n compiled binary on its own is not proof.\n
\n\n On the 1K Instant Account, third-party EAs and copiers\n are permitted as well. On the Monthly Competition, all\n EAs are prohibited regardless of source.\n
\n\n Trading the same directional strategy across your own personal\n accounts is not considered opposite account trading. Opposite\n account trading refers to deliberately taking opposing positions\n across accounts to exploit the outcome regardless of market\n direction. If you are copying trades between your own accounts\n in the same direction, this is permitted. Coordinated hedging\n between accounts to guarantee a win on one side is not.\n
\n\n Not always. Depending on the severity of the behavior detected,\n the Responsible Trading Team may reach out to request clarification\n before taking action, such as reducing leverage or imposing\n trade limits. However, in cases of clear policy violations\n such as forbidden strategies or third-party account management,\n accounts may be terminated immediately without prior notice.\n
\n\n No. Account management by any third party is strictly prohibited\n and will result in immediate account termination. Your FundingPips\n account must be traded by you personally. Allowing another\n individual or service to trade on your behalf violates the\n terms and undermines the purpose of the evaluation program.\n
\n\n No. Copying trades into your FundingPips account from an\n external source, including signal providers or trade copier\n services used as the slave account, is prohibited. You may\n only use your FundingPips account as the master to copy trades\n outward to an external account. Copying inbound from any\n source constitutes third-party account management and will\n result in account termination.\n
\n\n Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data within the same city\n or region is unlikely to trigger a flag since the regional\n pattern remains consistent. The IP rule is focused on detecting\n unrealistic regional changes, such as logging in from a different\n country within a short timeframe. Minor IP changes from network\n switches within the same area are a normal part of how internet\n connections work and are not a concern.\n
\n\n No. If a suspicious IP change is detected, the Responsible\n Trading Team will contact you first to verify your location.\n You may be asked to provide proof such as a plane ticket,\n passport stamp, VPS invoice, or a live video confirming your\n presence at the new location. Your account will not be closed\n without first giving you the opportunity to explain or verify\n the change.\n
